Service

It is rare for customers to cancel a trip. In fact, and until the Covid-19 pandemic, in several years of work, we only had a half dozen cancellations. The booking process for us is very important, but also essential for the customer, is the cancellation process.

Up to 25 days:

100% » Full refund
If the cancellation occurs more than 25 days before the service start date.

11 to 15 days before:

50% » Partial refund
If the cancellation occurs 11 to 15 days before the service start date.

1 to 10 days before:

0% » Non-refundable
If the cancellation occurs 1 to 10 days before the service start date.

How to make a cancellation official:

For a reservation to be officially canceled, the customer must send an email through our contact box with their personal details and the reservation number. After sending, you must wait a maximum period of 48 hours with a confirmation of the cancellation.

Reservation refund:

The refund amount will be deposited within a maximum period of 5 working days after confirmation of the cancellation by Marrakechhelps, being proportional to the established cancellation policy. The refund will be made to the exact source of the payment made by the customer.

Important note: At the time of the refund, the costs of receiving the money (3%) and sending it will be deducted.

Passport:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that he himself meets the requirements to enter Morocco, including passport, visa, and health requirements. All travelers to Morocco must have a passport valid for 6 months after the return date. Our company cannot be held responsible for lost tours and services caused by non-compliance with these requirements.

Reservation changes:

Any changes must be requested at least 15 days in advance and are subject to confirmation according to our availability, plus possible additions to the booking and additional fees. We will make every effort to change what you want, but we cannot guarantee that this will be possible, especially during the high season.

Form of payment:

All sales require payment of the reservation to confirm the service. This payment has many modalities:  we prefert a minimum of 20% of the amount of your reservation . Payment can be made online by credit card through, also by bank transfer (only for reservations made 15 days in advance), and also by PayPal.

Pay 20%

Pay 20% of the deposit amount at the time of booking through the secure online system with a credit card provided or PayPal or by bank transfer directly to our company account. When you opt for partial payment, you must pay the remaining amount in cash by Euros or Dollars or by Moroccan Dirham’s in the day of your tour.

Before the date of the selected tour. You will receive email notification of the pending amount.
